I need help, my Version three stopped working in the middle of my brew cycle. The heating elements will not heat but the computer says it is working. Can anyone help.

Hey. Did you try and do a reset? The manual or online will walk you through it. Same thing happen with my robo brew. It ended up being circuit board issue. I received a new one. Pretty easy install. Good luck

Electrical issues appear to be common with the Robobrew unfortunately (I’ve had them myself). I have yet to see a factory reset fix anything, you’ll most likely need to send the unit back

How old is your Robobrew? Mine is new and the name has changed to ‘Brewzilla’. I’m hoping it won’t have any issues. Luckily KegLand is only 40minutes away from where I live.

I also have this exact control panel,(Brewzilla, version 3.1) albeit a 110V Canadian version. I opened up the base yesterday after hearing about all the electrical problems, and after 4 brews in this unit, I found no indication of charred wiring, all wires looked fresh and pristine. There’s also a nice thick piece of insulation between the base of the kettle and the electronics. There’s also a sticker on the bottom suggesting that the unit was manufactured in November 2018.
